The apartments are newly established and perfectly outfitted and clean. The building is nice and easy to access public transportation. The wi-fi works very well.
There is insufficient staff. No one was here to let me in when I arrived and I had to go to a neighboring shop for help. After two hours, someone was in the reception to give me a key. I arrived at 2 pm and got into t he apartment at 4:20. Later, the young man who is there for a few hours a day, told me that one should not expect someone to be there when they are renrting apartments. It is not like a hotel, he said. I think that needs to be made clear in your descriptions!!!!! It is truly a wonderful two room apartment, but finding someone to answer questions is almost hopeless.When one finally finds the young man in the office, he is very nice and helpful, but he is rarely there.

we liked the appartments so we could come and go as we wished, and make dinner etc
the quality of the furniture and equipment is poor and not usual hotell-standard. The personal was very kind and understanding, but it was difficult to meet them because they never were there.

Tram M4 is close to the Ariadna Apart Hotel and ~15-20 minutes far away to the city center.
Not replying emails. Check out at 11:00 (reception was closed until that time!). Dificulties to get the printed invoice from the reception in case you check out at a different time (two weeks since my stay and I am still waiting for the invoice...).
